Blueberry Almond Shake

Serves: 2

1/2 cup Blueberries

1/2 cup Almonds, raw

1/2 cup Coconut water

1 Tbsp Golden flax seed meal

1 Tsp Honey, raw

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blend and puree until smooth.
  2. This mixture can also be placed in ramekins and chilled for a dessert with a pudding like texture.

 

It’s a Green Thing

½ cup Kale, stemmed

½ cup watercress, leaves a little stem

1 celery stalks

1 banana

1 green apple

2 tsp golden flax seed

½ cup coconut water

  1. Place all the ingredients in a  blender.
  2. Start at 1 and gradually increase speed until all items are pureed.
  3. Additional coconut water or plain water can be added if needed.
